Development of Call Center System for Yax Taxi
Within the framework of this project, a fully functional call center system was developed for Yax Taxi. The main objective was to automate order intake through operators, dispatch orders to drivers quickly, and manage the entire process through a centralized control panel.
Call center operators can receive incoming calls and immediately add orders to the system. Using automatic dispatching mechanisms, orders are sent to the nearest or most suitable taxi drivers. A real-time monitoring panel enables operators to track active and pending orders, update statuses, intervene in problematic orders, and coordinate the overall operational flow.
The system includes an internal database, statistical reporting module, fast-response interface, and multi-operator panel. This setup allows for efficient daily operational management while enhancing customer satisfaction.
This solution preserves the traditional phone-based ordering method while strengthening digital control to automate and optimize taxi operations. As a result, the company can unify phone and app-based orders within a single system, ensuring faster and more transparent service management.
