Development of a B2B Platform for Hertz Azerbaijan
As part of this project, a B2B management platform was developed for Hertz Azerbaijan, aimed at serving corporate clients. The main goal was to enable companies to manage rental operations, orders, and billing through a centralized online system, while automating internal and external business workflows through CRM/ERP functionalities.
Through the platform, partner companies can log into their accounts to create vehicle orders online, monitor rental periods, track invoices, review order history, and use management tools to optimize operational processes. The system includes user role and permission control, a comprehensive dashboard, notifications and alerts, statistical reporting, and real-time updates.
The platform is built as a B2B-oriented online management system with CRM/ERP integration, providing significant advantages for both internal teams and corporate clients. It allows for real-time monitoring of rental operations, process automation, structured data flow, and transparent collaboration.
As a result, the company digitized its rental operations, created a structured management environment for corporate partners, and significantly improved operational efficiency. This platform functions not as a traditional website but as a full-fledged online business management system.

📨 RabbitMQ — Reliable Data Exchange Management
During development, the need to manage real-time operations in a parallel and stable way led to the use of the RabbitMQ message queue system. It was integrated to handle order processing, user notifications, and internal data flows synchronously within the platform. This ensured stability even under heavy loads and provided secure, reliable data exchange. The use of RabbitMQ played a key role in the B2B platform, backend architecture, and real-time processing.



🐳 Docker — Flexible Deployment and Project Management
To ensure smooth operation across different environments (local, test, production), Docker container technology was used. Each project component was placed in separate containers, creating a repeatable and easily manageable environment. This approach brought major advantages in server infrastructure optimization, version consistency, and automated deployment. The B2B platform, backend services, and cloud infrastructure became more flexible and secure.

📊 Grafana, Kibana and Logstash — Monitoring and Analytics Systems
To monitor platform performance and quickly detect issues, ELK Stack and Grafana technologies were integrated. Logstash collects and structures data flows, Kibana visualizes logs, and Grafana monitors server performance in real time. This approach improves performance optimization, security monitoring, and log analysis, ensuring transparency and agility for the platform.
