This project focused on the development of an e-commerce platform and website for Furniturehouse, a company operating in the USA specializing in furniture restoration and sales. The platform was built with responsive design principles to ensure smooth performance on all devices. This approach modernized product presentation and order processes, making them more functional and user-friendly.
The scope of work included implementing an online sales system, product catalog management module, user interface development, navigation structure optimization, and building the technical infrastructure. As a result, sales operations and service delivery were integrated into a unified, fully functional e-commerce platform.

The stages we went through in this project
01/
A digital strategy was defined for the client’s furniture restoration and sales business operating in the U.S. market. Objectives included online sales, order tracking, and customer engagement.
02/
A market analysis of competitors (Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, etc.) was conducted. Requirements for UI/UX, product categorization, and conversion scenarios were defined.
03/
Database design for product catalog, cart, checkout, and delivery modules was completed. The e-commerce architecture was built on Laravel and MySQL.
04/
A visual concept and UX flows consistent with the brand identity were created and approved in Figma. Adaptive design for both mobile and desktop was implemented.
05/
Frontend was developed using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery to ensure a fast, SEO-friendly interface. Lazy loading and schema markup were implemented.
06/
Stripe and PayPal integrations were implemented for payments. Order processing and notification systems (email and Telegram) were fully automated.
07/
Backend modules were developed for customer accounts, order history, wishlists, and coupon management. Full control was provided through the admin panel.
08/
An analytics tool was integrated into the admin panel — tracking visits by country, device, and browser, as well as most viewed products and purchase behavior.
09/
The project was deployed on a VPS server managed by PROWEB. Cloudflare CDN, SSL, and caching systems ensured speed and security.
10/
Performance, payment, order flow, and SEO tests were conducted. The project was launched and transferred to the technical support phase.
