Development of a Listing Platform and Website for Rahat Əmlak
Within the framework of this project for Rahat Əmlak, a real estate listing platform and a SEO-optimized website were developed. The goal was to provide both individual users and realtors with an easy way to post listings, search properties, and connect directly. The website features a listing management system, category and filter mechanisms, map integration, multilingual support, mobile-responsive design, and technical SEO optimization.
Users can post listings for apartments, offices, land, and other property types, search based on parameters, and directly contact potential buyers. The admin panel allows for easy listing management, approval, and statistics tracking.
This project demonstrates PROWEB’s expertise in website development, listing platform creation, SEO optimization, and mobile adaptation. As a result, Rahat Əmlak strengthened its digital presence and gained access to a wider audience through a modern online listing platform.

The stages we went through in this project
01/
A technical specification was prepared for Rahat Əmlak to develop a unified digital platform for managing real estate listings. The main goal was to provide users with a simple, clear, and fast property posting process.
02/
Functional requirements were defined for the project, including user registration, listing creation, filtering, search, and messaging modules.
03/
During the design phase, the complete interface was created in Figma. A minimalist visual style, simplified navigation, and mobile-responsive design were developed.
04/
The frontend was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The property catalog, search system, and filtering mechanisms were built with interactive functionality.
05/
On the server side, a modular architecture was built for managing listings, user accounts, approval processes, and file uploads.
06/
A socket infrastructure was implemented for real-time notifications and messaging. New listings, messages, and approval statuses are updated instantly.
07/
The database was designed with an optimized structure. Indexing was applied to improve search and filtering performance for listings.
08/
Search, filtering, messaging, and listing creation functions were tested. Tests were conducted across mobile and desktop devices.
09/
The project was successfully launched. After deployment, property listing management and sales processes were fully digitized.

Before
Rahat Əmlak managed property listings in a fragmented way across different channels, with no unified platform or efficient search system. Posting and finding listings was complicated and time-consuming for users.
After
With the newly built modern listing platform and SEO-friendly website, all listings were centralized, search and management processes were optimized, and user experience and accessibility significantly improved.
