Development of “Asanex” CRM System for Ideovate
“Asanex” is a fully functional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system custom-built for Ideovate to unify sales operations, customer relations, and internal workflows into a single online platform. The project aimed to digitize operations, enhance team collaboration, and enable real-time tracking and management of customer data.
Through the system, sales teams can manage customer databases, track leads and existing clients, and automate order and contract processes to make faster, more informed decisions. “Asanex” also includes task and process management, in-team notifications, automatic status updates, advanced filtering, and a real-time dashboard.
Technically, the system is built using modern web technologies and a modular architecture, allowing easy scalability and future feature integration. The design follows UX/UI principles, ensuring simplicity and a fast learning curve for users.
With “Asanex” CRM, Ideovate can manage sales, orders, and customer relationships more efficiently, structuring internal workflows to increase productivity. The platform has become a core operational tool, significantly improving inter-team coordination and decision-making speed.
